ONE ENTERPRISE VIEW.
Role: Executive strategist & advisor · JR Byrd Strategic Partners
Developed an enterprise architecture and strategic growth framework for a client organization encompassing approximately ten business entities. The work included a four-hour executive strategy session, an approximately 30-page assessment and restructuring document, and a long-range development roadmap.
The assignment connected the relationships among the businesses with operating structure, revenue priorities, and implementation—turning a portfolio of entities into a coordinated enterprise plan.

PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE.
Role: Associate Producer · Dr. Bobby Jones Gospel
Served in an associate-producing capacity connected to Dr. Bobby Jones Gospel, working in a national broadcast environment involving gospel music, entertainment talent, and television production.

Role: Guest Lecturer / Executive Educator
Guest lecturing and invited educational contributions have included the University of Connecticut, Boston College, Eastern Connecticut State University, the University of Saint Joseph, and Wesleyan University. Topics have included entrepreneurship, practical business development, strategic marketing, leadership, and organizational decision-making.
